Scope of Work:
Conducted research to identify skill gaps in tourism destinations and developed a Detailed Project Report (DPR) on skill-building strategies. Designed training modules tailored to local needs, coordinated with stakeholders for implementation, and planned strategic execution. Aligned with Swadesh Darshan 2.0, which focuses on destination development through a sustainable and inclusive approach.

Delivered a conceptual plan for infrastructure upgrades and architectural designs for tourism amenities. Focused on creating employment opportunities while preserving environmental integrity.

Scope of Work
Conducted a feasibility study and proposed a master plan for sustainable tourism. Recommended an eco-friendly visitor center, mangrove walks, birding, agricultural activities, and community engagement. Focused on visitor management to protect the fragile ecosystem while creating local employment opportunities. Delivered a financial, operational, and marketing plan to ensure balanced development.

Scope of Work:
Conducted a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in legislative, social, and operational aspects of the Bed and Breakfast sector. Designed training modules on customer service, quality control, operations, and marketing. Conducted a 15-day workshop with over 200 participants, resulting in new business registrations under MTDC schemes. Addressed marketing and legislative challenges with policy amendments.

Scope of Work:
Conducted stakeholder meetings with the Mayor, city council officers, Scouts leaders, and residents to understand community needs. Analyzed tourism potential, infrastructure gaps, and safety concerns. Proposed a conceptual plan featuring activities such as kayaking, cycling, forest walks, and a café with seating. Delivered visitor estimation, financial projections, and operational strategies, along with a 3-year marketing plan to revamp the park sustainably.

Scope of Work:
Conducted surveys on land, demographics, and existing infrastructure to assess feasibility. Proposed a 4-star wellness center featuring retreats, spa, yoga, and meditation. Recommended employing and training locals to reduce operational costs and foster community benefits. Designed the project with sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact and enhance its unique appeal as a premium wellness retreat.

Scope of Work:
Developed a holistic master plan encompassing infrastructure enhancement, innovative tourism products, cultural conservation, and community livelihood opportunities. Oversaw the implementation of strategies to transform Kandat Valley into an eco-friendly and culturally rich tourism destination.

Scope of Work
Developed comprehensive training modules for nature guides, focusing on ecological awareness, visitor management, and sustainable practices. Conducted a 10-day training program for 35 participants at Narnala Wildlife Sanctuary. Delivered practical sessions on guiding techniques, flora and fauna identification, and visitor engagement to enhance their professional capabilities and align with sustainable tourism goals.

Developed an eco-friendly 5-star resort concept inspired by Maratha culture, featuring regionally styled cottages and local cuisine. Conducted surveys on infrastructure, economic potential, and architectural planning. Delivered financial models, income projections, and marketing strategies for the property’s development.

Assessed infrastructure needs and tourism potential, including beaches, backwaters, forests, and local heritage. Identified strategies for economic development, community livelihood, and visitor amenities. Highlighted mitigation measures for potential negative impacts of tourism through strategic planning. Delivered a comprehensive report under the Swadesh Darshan scheme.
